Operating out of our modern, fully equipped 4,500sq ft unit we offer a safe, spacious and fully equipped training facility supported by a team of dedicated instructors each specialising in their own particular field of expertise

 encompassing stand up, take down, grappling and submission moves.

Part of Bai Lang Martial Arts, our club is nationally recognised for it's kickboxing and full contact fight night promotion.
