We train at our own full time dedicated centre offering 3,500sq ft of fully matted training area complimented by a Pro boxing ring and comprehensive range of punch/kick/thai pads and ancilliary training equipment. On Saturdays we have the option of training at our own club or the 24' Octagon at Powerhouse Gym (subject to demand).

Tuesday evenings from 8.00 - 9.30pm

Thursday evenings from 8.00 - 8.30pm

Saturday afternoons from 12noon - 1.30pm

1 session per week £6.00 / 2 sessions per week £10.00 / 3 sessions per week £12.00

(Reduced cost pay monthly options also available).
