With MMA encompassing a variety of disciplines and techniques our aim is to continually imprve our coaching facilities by bringing new and varied blood into our coaching squad. At present we provide 3 primary instructors -
JAMES WHISTON (lead instructor - Saturday classes)
James is a British Wrestling Association qualified coach. He has 9 years experience in freestyle wresting, 6 years in nogi bjj, 5 years thai boxing and 3 years boxing experience. An active competitor James has fought in Semi-Po and Pro mma events
PETE RICHARDSON (lead instructor - Tuesday classes)

LEE WHITFIELD (lead instructor - Thursday classes)
Lee has 15 years of martial arts experience encompassing kickboxing, capoeira and aikido. A full time martial arts instructor Lee is an active Pro full contact fighter ranked in the British Top 10 pro rankings and is the reigning IKF Super Middleweight English Champion & ISKA Midlands Area Champion at Super Middleweight and Light Heavyweight.
